Start off your Saturday and meet for the CAF Central Valley Squadron Lunch with fellow aviators at the hangar at Modesto Airport.  In fact the whole town comes. We’ll fly to Modesto and meet at noon inside the hangar illustrated on the airport diagram below. I’ll get a table and put up a “FOG” sign.

Full Moon Flyers CHANGED to Hollister KCVH March 8, 2020 (Sun) 6 pm (SAME TIME)  Sunday March 8th is the Full Moon and this month we will fly to the  Hollister (KCVH) and dine at Seabrisa's Eatery NOTE this is a last minute change in venue     Meet at the Restaurant at 6 pm.

Sometime between June 12th - 15th,  FOG pilots should land at SQL, PAO, RHV, LVK, CCR, OAK and HWD. Submit your tail # so we can validate on FlightAware. Extra points for landing and taxiing back at CCR (beware of the new CCR airspace). Good luck everyone.

Time to regain that night currency as we fly to Half Moon Bay, tailgate at a social distance on the ramp with lawn chairs and BYOB snacks to watch the sunset.  If Half Moon Bay is forecasted to have poor weather our alternate will be the Nut Tree. Afterwards, it's time to renew your night

Each airplane will fly to Columbia and take pictures of the following:  1. most historic looking selfie  2. most beautiful flower seen in Columbia  3. oldest gravestone found at the Columbia Cemetery  and 4. an aviation related photo (aerial or ground)   The photos will be then posted on the web for our judges to view.
