Growing up around air force bases in India, Ashwini “Ash” Ahuja once dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps and becoming a fighter pilot or a test pilot, but after becoming paralyzed at age of 11, that dream changed. A sport pilot since 2013, he has done coast-to-coast flying and hopes to inspire other aspiring pilots who use wheelchairs to take to the skies.
The meeting will be from 11am-12pm and from 12pm to 1pm there will be an opportunity to view Ash’s airplane on the ramp. Food will be provided. Any and all are welcome!
