Staff Instructor (Weekend)

Our Flight Instructors make all the difference!  We are very selective in hiring, spend a considerable amount of time training new instructors on effective and thorough flight instruction techniques, and pay well for the instructors who can meet our standards.

Almost all of our full-time instructors work 5 or 6 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day. But even with this team, we sometimes have trouble meeting the demand for weekend flight training.

We are open to having part-time instructors who just teach on the weekends, but it has to work within our overall framework for instruction.  You still would be employees, follow all of our teaching standards and practices, and need to attend CFI meetings (typically Wednesday 12-1pm at least once a month).
