DESCRIPTION:Join SCFC Women in Aviation for a presentation on how to develop the skills to speak up with confidence.\n\n\nThe SCFC Women in Aviation has invited Charlene Platon to speak about what she has learned about developing the confidence\, self-awareness\, and courage to lead with authenticity\, especially in complex\, high-pressure environments. Charlene works as a nurse practitioner in healthcare where it is very challenging to speak up; although it is a female-dominated profession\, males are disproportionately represented in healthcare leadership. She is very passionate about this topic because it’s so prevalent in the profession.\n\nShe is passionate about helping healthcare professionals . Through her work\, Charlene combines practical leadership strategies with emotional intelligence to empower others to navigate difficult conversations\, speak up with confidence\, and create meaningful change in healthcare. \nCharlene Platon\, MS\, RN\, PHN\, FNP-BC\, is a nurse practitioner\, healthcare leader\, speaker\, and leadership coach with over 14 years of clinical and leadership experience. \n\n\nAny and all are welcome!
