December 2 (Wed) 7:00pm AIM High for Instrument Pilots: An In-depth look at the FAR/AIM

Event Date:
Wednesday, December 2, 2015 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Quick – which AIM Chapter deals with Instrument Departure Procedures? Sure you can look it up, but how long has it been since you’ve reviewed the rules and regulations?

The Federal Aviation Regulations and the Aeronautical Information Manual are both incredibly dense but are essential and invaluable references for pilots. In this seminar, Mr. Taber will highlight areas that pilots often overlook, or haven't reviewed since IFR ground school, and will lead a discussion about commonly misunderstood topics in Instrument Flight Rules.

Join us for Ben Taber's seriously humorous take on general aviation and dive deeper into your pilot knowledge bank at this fun and challenging seminar, which is open to current and aspiring instrument pilots.

Bennett Taber is a check airman and training captain with over 20 years and 12,000 hours of air charter experience throughout the western United States. His first 500 hours of flying were conducted in Alaska. Mr. Taber manages flight operations and charter sales for Dreamline Aviation in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a Dreamline Training Captain in Beech King Air aircraft.
